Why has Supreme Education designed a technology to assist LAs, schools and teachers in staffing and recruitment?

Our management team pioneered the concept of recruiting supply teachers in the UK when Local Management of Schools (LMS)was introduced.

Is the recruitment process automated?

No, as we hold the DCSF Quality Mark we recruit teachers and other educators in the traditional way as recommended by the DCSF. This includes face to face interviewing of all candidates, CRB, GTC and List 99 background checks and qualification verification together with all the usual referencing procedures, to ensure our candidates have the relevant subject knowledge and recent experie
