My client is a Primary school based in the Lewisham Area, currently looking to recruit an outstanding Year 5 Teacher for the rest of the Academic Year. The position is to start in January, preferably with a couple of days hand over this term. My client is looking for a Qualified Teacher with QTS that has experience of work within a Year 5 class
They are looking for an outgoing individual that is able to take charge and teach the Year 5 class independently with the help of the Teaching Assistant. You will have strong oral and written communication skill and be committed to achieving and exceeding high expectations throughout your time spent within the school.
Job Description
Relevant skills and requirements:
Qualified teacher with QTS and relevant qualifications
Experience of working with Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience desirable)
Good communication skills both written and oral
Excellent Knowledge of the UK curriculum
Excellent classroom management
Experience of working with children with EAL
Be highly flexible and adaptable
Have experience of observation and assessment
Be Committed to helping children achieve full potential
Be results driven and focused to achieve high academic expectations
