Description
We are looking for an SSA to work in a very demanding environment and as such previous experience of working within a PRU is essential. Blackpool Education Supplyv Service works with a number of specail schools in Blackpool to provide secure, happy and safe environments where all pupils and staff work together to establish positive behaviour, good learning and place a strong emphasis on achievement. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, work well off their own initiative and be prepared to emphasise with pupils who have a variety of emotional, social and educational needs whilst adopting a ?firm but fair' approach.
You will need:
* To have a proven record of delivering high quality teaching and learning for children with a range of needs
*Be creative and Innovative
*Have the ability to inspire and motivate the Pupils
*Have personal traits to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
