Cover Supervisor (Ref: 183)

We are currently looking for a Secondary Cover Supervisor to fill vacancies in our client schools throughout Warrington, St. Helens and the surrounding areas. The Cover Supervisor role includes, amongst other things, the supervision of whole classes during the absence of teachers, to respond to questions, to assist pupils to undertake set activities and stay on task and maintain order. It also includes the support of individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning when not supervising whole classes, to act as an examination invigilator and to provide administrative support for the school if needed. Applicants must have relevant experience, and ideally be educated to degree level. Furthermore, applicants will be expected to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check.
