Supreme Education has developed new technology specifically to provide LAs and feeder schools with a fully automated supply teacher service which enables LAs and schools to fully outsource its supply pool management.

Ultimately, we have developed our system to significantly reduce the cost of supply teachers to schools and provide the best value and quality service by using the very latest education technology.

If your LA has an existing appointed vendor managing your supply pool Supreme Education can operate under a Neutral Vendor agreement giving you the flexibility to continue with your current business relationship and still enjoy the cost and efficiency savings enjoyed through our automated staffing technology.

Supreme Education's automated technology allows schools to simply add a vacancy online which will automatically match to the qualified LA supply teacher. Once registered and vetted, all LA qualified teachers can view all suitable vacancies, manage their own availability and accept assignments online.

The new technology doesn't need the support or expense of a call centre; schools can telephone, use the web or both to contact the Supreme Education system 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to arrange teacher bookings.

Once the vacancy has been entered onto the Supreme Education system there is no further need for any human intervention. Our new technology will automatically match suitable teachers from the LA database and communicate directly with teachers on the school's behalf.

The Supreme Education system will automatically confirm the booking with the teacher and the school and even give schools the facility to provide induction for teachers online so that they arrive at the assignment fully prepared.

Supreme Education can maintain, build, and develop the pool for the LA, integrating existing local supply teachers and interviewing new teachers locally, checking them through Supreme Education?s recognised DfES procedures.

No more staff absence sheets to be filled in or absence from work forms collated and sent off to the LA and DfES. All this information can be provided instantly through our reporting mechanism.

Supreme Education has a dedicated communication support facility which schools and teachers can email and call throughout the school day in order to assist in all specific support issues.
