Supreme Education can manage and source a broad spectrum of temporary workers for education establishments in any LA in the UK; this would include Primary, Secondary, Special Schools and specialist provisions such as Pupil Referral Units and specialist settings such as Hearing and Visually Impaired Units.
The scope of provision is not to be limited to teaching staff, but covers all roles and responsibilities in education settings from class supply teachers, teaching assistants, learning mentors, cover supervisors, invigilators, bursars, midday supervisors and administrators, through to specialists working with children with special needs and behavioural problems.
Proposed solutions
- Pool management of existing temporary workers or casual staff (black book) through our innovative Supreme Education pool management system (SAS)
- Additional resourcing into the pool through client branded direct advertising
Tailored solutions
By working in partnership with our LA clients, our team of highly experienced education specialists can deliver a 24/7 bespoke solution with robust systems, processes and professional services that will add real value to the client and local school establishments. Supreme Education and the SAS technology goes above and beyond meeting the needs of the customer and the service they require. It is highly customisable both for the LA and for each education establishment within that LA and provides a LA branded bespoke and tailored solution from LA to individual school level. All schools have different needs and work in different ways and the system and service solution is flexible to support this.
Cashable and Non-Cashable Savings
Supreme Education will take the uncertainty out of the recruitment budgeting process, allowing clients to reduce their fixed cost of recruitment and scale capacity according to demand and budget, thereby giving the client the competitive edge needed in the current economic climate. The model goes far beyond the cost savings of a traditional management service provided (MSP) due to the online web-based and interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology solution. It allows for cost savings that can be passed onto the education establishments and also beats the traditional MSP model on price.
The solution we have implemented has saved Lambeth schools over £750,000 since its conception in 2006 and now is making predicted savings of over £500,000 every single year and this is only set to increase. We are now regularly servicing over 50% of all Lambeth schools on a daily basis and the quality of supply teachers has increased in our school, ultimately benefiting the children of Lambeth.

The partnership, with Supreme has successfully delivered all of its objectives resulting in a high quality, safe and cost effective supply service for schools with fill rates averaging 98/99%.
Linda Dutton – Head of Organisation and Workforce Development – Blackpool Council
The Supreme service has been a huge benefit to SESSA, the Sheffield City Council’s in-house supply agency. We provide teaching and support staff to Sheffield Schools. As we are a self-financing, non-profit making organisation, it is essential that we get value for money and are able to demonstrate this to our clients, who pay for the service we provide. It is essential for our survival that we are able to maintain our market share and continue to be competitive, at the same time as doing what we were initially set up for - to offer Sheffield schools quality supply staff.
Faye Fowler – Supply Service Manager – Sheffield City Council (SESSA)
I feel that I have added value to my organisation, since working with Supreme and their ability to identify, implement and deliver the supply service has been a huge success. I look forward to reviewing the supply service with Supreme and exploring new markets within the organization that we can add value.
