Benefits of the Supreme Education Model
Supreme Education's unique model has a proven pedigree in delivering best in class service to our clients - 14 Local Authorities have already benefited from this model. In addition, the delivery model has been developed to explicitly address many of the challenges faced by clients in the education sector. The system itself provides equality of opportunity for the temporary workers. Not only do Supreme Education’s equal opportunities policy mirror that of the client we are working with, all candidates have the same access to the online system, they all have their own web page that lists jobs that are open and match their skills sets and they can assign themselves into those roles. SAS also uses IVR technology to call all suitable candidates in real time about vacancies, again giving fair and non-discriminatory access to work.

Supreme Education 100% Fill Rate Strategy Overview
Through the introduction of our market leading pool management technology (Supreme Automated System), we can significantly improve the efficiency with which pools are used and effectively maximise the database’s utilisation. This coupled with proven sourcing strategies and partnerships with specialist and local suppliers allow us to deliver 100% fulfilment rates to our clients. We currently deliver our service to 14 Local Authorities and have achieved well over 99% fulfilment across all of these clients.
Implementation of the Supreme Automated System
Where an organisation has its own pool of supply teachers / temporary workers used either on a part time or ‘casual’ basis, Supreme Education uploads the details of the existing workers into the SAS system with the candidates being screened and appropriately vetted. Candidates then update their availability and shift preferences on the system. Clients can load their individual vacancies onto the system (directly or via the account management team). The system automatically matches each vacancy to potential candidates, within the pool, based on pre-set criteria as required by the DfE Quality Mark requirements (qualification and safeguarding, location, availability, work history etc.).
The client also has control of the criteria through which candidates are matched to individual vacancies. Each client can select individual skills, experience and qualifications (Job Description and Person Specification if applicable) to ensure that the selected candidates closely meet the requirements. Moreover the system allows the client to view candidate shortlists (including the details, profile and relevant information) giving them the chance to decline specific candidates and allow alternative workers to fill the role. The client has ultimate control over who works for them. Typically, vacancies are filled within 15 minutes.
Management Information
SAS can track all activity on behalf of the client and deliver transparent management information reports detailing overall contract performance (and individual supplier performance) measured against the agreed service levels. This data can also be used to produce detailed reports highlighting performance in key areas and allowing Supreme Education to identify areas where service improvements can be made. A scheduled report can be sent via email to the client and supplier partners on a weekly basis.
The solution we have implemented has saved Lambeth schools over £750,000 since its conception in 2006 and now is making predicted savings of over £500,000 every single year and this is only set to increase. We are now regularly servicing over 50% of all Lambeth schools on a daily basis and the quality of supply teachers has increased in our school, ultimately benefiting the children of Lambeth.
