Supreme Education are happy to offer all of the required added value service at no extra cost to the client, many of which form part of our core offering in any case.

In addition, Supreme Education has a number of additional added value services which would be offered at no extra cost to clients using the MSTAR framework:

  • Support with reducing the cost of permanent recruitment within the LA and schools: Supreme Education do not charge temp to perm fees to schools wishing to convert temporary workers onto permanent contracts, providing the temporary worker has completed one school term of work within the setting
  • The Supreme Education SAS system has also been proven to help reduce vacancy rates within the LAs and schools in which it operates, helping the client to meet DfE, National and local targets.
  • Support to the client in recruitment of shortage areas such as maths and science teacher or diversity targets within the LA or a particular school
  • The SAS system has built in photo ID checks, the profile, safeguarding checks and photo ID are all uploaded into the system, so that a school can ensure the temporary worker going into their setting is the person that has been approved and booked by them and all relevant checks are in place. All workers also have their own ID cards as an extra safeguard.
  • Free job posting for schools via the Supreme website. Where we successfully engage with an LA or group of schools we would offer school’s the facility to upload their permanent vacancies through the Supreme portal.
  • Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) pool services. We understand many LA’s still operate a NQT service to schools. We could easily facilitate this service onto the Supreme Automated system so that schools could have direct access to all NQT information
