Many schools internationally use our system in many different ways. For example, another feature of our system is to link your permanent teachers into the process. A permanent teacher notifies the Supreme Education System of their absence and reason (via the web or phone). If you require the class teacher to be replaced the Supreme system will automatically match up with a suitably qualified replacement teacher to teach the class. Therefore schools can use the system to record absence frequency by teacher, subject, department and school. Therefore all teacher absence and vacancy information for your school can be reported via email, through a click of a button, to your LA or the DfES.

Real-time absence and vacancy reports

• School Management and school staff in charge of cover can easily access real-time reports so they can stay in control of the process. You can instantly see which vacancies have been filled and who is teaching them. Each morning, at a time set by you, we will automatically notify you of the current progress of your internal cover requirements.
• The Supreme Education Daily Report instantly shows which teachers are absent and which supply teachers are temporarily teaching pupils.
• The Day of the Week Absence Analysis Report allows school management to understand daily absence trends and therefore plan ahead so that the quality and standards of teaching is maintained throughout the year.
