Permanent teachers

Supreme Education's permanent recruitment solutions are designed to save heads' time and money.

Supreme Education can serve you well in finding the right person for your permanent vacancies. We take the strain with a no risk and no placement-no fee online service.

There are many hidden costs in recruiting new staff:

  • Your own time
  • Writing, arranging and placing advertisements
  • The cost of advertising space in national and local press
  • Time taken for qualification and List 99 checks
  • Administration and costs for the entire process
  • Collating and issuing information packs and job descriptions
  • Writing and issuing letters
  • Stationery, photocopying and postage
  • Collating and evaluating responses
  • Collecting and monitoring equal opportunities information
  • Arranging interviews
  • Time on the telephone to co-ordinate the whole process
  • Invitation to interview and rejection letters
  • Taking up written and verbal references
  • Long-listing and/or short listing and matching individuals against set criteria

We can undertake all these lengthy and challenging aspects of recruitment. As a world-leading education staffing company, Supreme Education operates to the highest professional standards. We hold BS EN ISO 9001 and Investor in People accreditation.

And if we don't find anyone - you don't pay!

No risk
Supreme Education is a registered body with the Criminal Records Bureau and is permitted direct access to List 99. We operate to ISO 9001 and are Investors in People.
No placement, no fee
You only pay when you are 100% satisfied with the teacher we find for you.

An alternative to the permanent recruitment fee is for you to agree to take the teacher as a supply teacher for a further 20 weeks before s/he switches to a permanent position. (You might well consider the 'supply to perm' option as a means of offering teachers work on a trial basis).
