Whether NQTs, teachers returning to the profession, or overseas recruits arriving in the UK, or individuals wishing to work in a support role, they are among the thousands of teachers and support staff who specifically want the flexibility and lifestyle that supply work offers.
We aim to visit all our client schools on a regular basis to ensure they receive a consistent level of quality service. Initial visits help us understand the ethos, procedures and culture of individual schools - vital in ensuring we find you the right supply staff as well as making sure you can log on to our user friendly system.
Customer service excellence is a philosophy that runs through everything we do. We maintain regular client contact - and we will take regular feedback from the school to monitor the suitability and effectiveness of the supply candidate for the school. Additionally, we have a supply service support line available throughout the school day to help you with any staffing issues you may have.
Supreme Education is committed to finding your school the right person for the job. This is made easier because we are able to attract the best teachers through working in partnership with the local authority and our reputation for quality and our support for candidates. We continually replenish our pool of available supply staff. Through recommendations from our already registered staff, regular traffic to ours and the local authority’s websites, we are able to attract hundreds of quality teachers and support staff to us every year.
We not only make the ongoing investment required to ensure that the best teachers (and other supply staff) join and stay with the local supply service; we also make sure that we attract all types of supply staff. Our experience tells us that this is the only way that we can ensure your school gets quality staff when it needs them.
