Supreme Education is active in many parts of the public sector providing a variety of services in the world of education. We plan to launch our service to LAs in the summer term of 2005. Embracing our service through an LA partnership will allow temporary teachers to enjoy the same benefits and rights as their permanent colleagues.

The majority of experienced teachers working through many agencies do not get paid to scale, especially towards the higher end of MPS. Additionally, some schools cannot afford the cost of an M6 teacher coupled with an, 'agency fee' on top.

Supreme Education simply wants to ensure equality for teachers and best value for schools. Partnering with an LA together with our specialist recruitment experience and technology will ensure together we can provide the best value service for local schools and teachers.

Our Management Team's Pedigree

Our management team, prior to joining Supreme Education, have written policies and procedures that have received accreditation from the DfES. Additionally, we have secured many preferred supplier agreements with LAs across the country, including the recent Pan-London Agreement. Through our experience and expertise in recruiting for schools Supreme Education is confident that together we can find the right solution for every LA.

Consultancy Services: helping to build capacity within LAs

We are able to assist LAs with regard any aspect of education staffing and recruitment: We can set in place Preferred Supplier Agreements on behalf of the LA, work as neutral vendor or even manage a fully blown automated staffing solution for schools and teachers.
