Supreme Education plc were awarded the contract with SESSA in part due to the strength of their tender submission, but more importantly because of the functionality of the software and the excellent match between our workflows and those built into the system. Following a very smooth implementation programme, we are now up and running with the system and have been very pleased with the results. The system is easy to use, responsive and is proving highly effective for SESSA and the schools we work with. Our use of the Supreme Education system in the long-term should prove beneficial for SESSA, for schools and for childrens' education across the city.

I have found the electronic booking system specifically useful. It allows me to use the system at any time and the nature and speed of response has always been excellent. The system allows me to view the characteristics and profile of potential staff, allows me to deny access to staff that I would not want to use and is speedy. The level of technology required as an end user is minimal.

The backup of being able to simply book via a phone call may well be appealing to schools not confident with on line booking. I would certainly endorse their service as an effective and cost effective solution to this variable and potentially inconsistent aspect of school management.

Supreme Education is working in Partnership with the Liverpool Association of Secondary Heads (LASH). As our Academy forms part of this group we agreed to meet with Supreme. At the time, we were using a plethora of agencies and being charged different rates which we had inherited over time. There was no real alternative.

After discussions with Supreme's Management Team we decided to use their technology, a free two hour training session was delivered onsite and after some initial hand holding we felt confident using the technology. It's very straightforward to use. Simply log on to the site, enter the vacancy you are looking to fill and you can immediately see a list of teachers that are available to work. With this list you can click through to see what vetting has been completed together with a short profile and photograph. The photo is very useful when checking teachers into school in the morning and the vetting information gives us confidence that all checks have been completed.

The Academy started using the Supreme System in January 2005 we have been completely satisfied with our supply cover requirements. Furthermore, we estimate that since using the technology Supreme has reduced our supply cover bill by over 25%.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Supreme's automated technology to any school.

The service will help schools improve the quality of the lessons that temporary education staff currently provide with complete control. This will also facilitate time and cost savings for the provision of temporary school staff, thus delivering best value. The system means that teachers and support staff can be better inducted in how a school operates and also affords schools the confidence that key security background checks have been completed on all staff.

When I registered with Supreme the office staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I received training on the new Supreme automated system and as soon as I received my login details I was away. It's great because vacancies appear via the web and you simply accept them via the internet or you can tell the system when to call you and it will. It's as simple as that.
